Change of Mind Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return or exchange an item.

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us and must be returned in a good, unused, and unworn condition (where applicable).

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If the return meets our conditions, a refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund.

In cases of faulty or incorrect items:

• Return postage will be covered by us
• The item will be inspected upon return
• You will be notified of the refund decision within 14 days
